To opt out of optional email updates (the footer newsletter), use the unsubscribe link included in any message we send—one click, no login. The link looks like: /newsletter/unsubscribe?token=…

If you enabled browser notifications for tickets on the dashboard, turn them off in your browser: site settings → notifications → block this site (wording varies by browser).
